COVID PASS

All the staff at the Les Orres resort are ready to welcome you each day during the winter season. Because we’re committed to helping you to have a relaxing holiday, we are doing our utmost to host you in compliance with health regulations, in a serene and peaceful setting. 

You will find below the relevant instructions to allow you access to our facilities. Please respect them to ensure that everyone can enjoy a relaxing mountain holiday.

This list is non-exhaustive and is regularly updated. Please check with each shop keeper, and accommodation and activity provider as to their own advice, rules, protocol, organisation in place, and also consult the measures in force in the Hautes-Alpes department.

What’s a ‘pass vaccinal’ (COVID vaccine pass)?

A COVID vaccine pass is necessary for everyone aged from 16 years. It consists of digital (via an app) or paper proof of one of the following three health requirements: a complete vaccination schedule or a certificate of recovery attesting to a prior Covid infection of less than 6 months. Proof of a negative PCR or lateral flow test that is less than 24 hours old is not allowed.

 

What’s a ‘pass sanitaire’ (COVID pass)?

A COVID pass is necessary for everyone aged 12 years and 2 months to 15 years old. It consists of digital (via an app) or paper proof of one of the following three health requirements: a complete vaccination schedule, proof of a negative PCR or lateral flow test that is less than 24 hours old, or a test result that proves recovery from Covid-19 that is at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.


The COVID pass can be presented in paper or digital form (with a QR code).

 

 

 

Where do I need a COVID vaccine pass?

 

IN THE SKIING AREA

In the skiing area, you must have a valid COVID vaccine pass (from 16 years old) or COVID pass (from 12 to 15 years old) to take any of the ski lifts, including the magic carpets (even the free ones), as well as to access any of the mountain restaurants (even on foot).

PLEASE NOTE: We advise you to carry a paper version of your pass with you in case your phone battery dies (which can happen in the cold weather). Random checks will be carried out on the ski lifts.

As well as the pass, face coverings are compulsory on chairlifts, in queues and boarding areas. Keep a distance of one metre from other users.

> Wearing a mask is compulsory from the age of 6 years old in all queues and on the chairlifts.Only ski lifts and magic carpet are exempt from face coverings when they are used by one user at a time.

 

FOR SOME ACTIVITIES

You will be asked for your a valid COVID vaccine pass (from 16 years old) or COVID pass (from 12 to 15 years old) to access the ice-rink (face covering compulsory in the rink building, optional on the ice), at the cinema (compulsory face covering), at the museum (compulsory face covering, even for children under 11), at the theatre : Espace Rencontre & Culture (compulsory face covering).

Reminder of protective measures

 

1 - Wash your hands frequently and correctly with water and soap or with hand sanitiser.

 

 

 

 

 

2 - It is compulsory to wear a mask in communal or closed areas.

 

 

 

 

3 - Respect the recommended social distancing when carrying out activities.

 

 

 

 

 

4 - Cough or sneeze in your elbow, or in a single-use tissue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

5 - Greet people without shaking hands or hugging/kissing.
