Quelques conseils pour randonner en toute sécurité :
- La montagne est pâturée tout l'été. A l'approche d'un troupeau, marquez une pause, ne courrez pas. Ne caressez pas les animaux, ne les menacez pas. Tenez votre chien en laisse.
- Surveillez la météo (affichée chaque matin à l'office de tourisme et au point accueil 1800), et évitez de partir trop tard si votre randonnée est longue car le temps change très vite en montagne.
- Ayez toujours un vêtement chaud ou coupe-vent, un sac à dos avec casse-croûte et de l'eau
