🌷 OPENING & RATES SPRING 2025

April 28 to June 20, 2025
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5pm to 7:30pm
3 additional openings: Saturday May 3, Saturday May 10 and Saturday June 14 from 5pm to 7:30pm

Fitness and yoga classes are run by Jeanne Combe, a sports coach with a degree in STAPS and specializing in yoga and pilates. Her classes are open to all: she adapts the difficulty of her classes and the type of yoga to the level and desires of the participants. Individualized follow-up during each session to support your progress.

The course program

Yoga, pilates, muscle strengthening, thighs, abs, buttocks, cardio boxing, latino dancing, gentle gymnastics... Fitness classes are offered all season long, so make the most of it!
