For those who love running in the great outdoors, there are four signposted trail routes:
- Le chemin du garde
- La Mazelière
- Le Méale
- L'Aupillon.

These routes have been specially designed by and for mountain runners. Ranging in difficulty from beginner to expert, they are ideal for discovering Les Orres, its forests and peaks.

Easy trail itinerary (green)

This easy trail itinerary is perfect for beginners looking for a gentle introduction to the sport. An accessible loop starting from the Épervière parking lot, winding through a larch forest and offering a wide variety of trails andobstacles of varying degrees of difficulty.

The trail is so named because it was laid out by Emile Hodoul, one of the resort's co-founders and a forest ranger.

Medium-level trail route (blue)

For trail runners looking for a new challenge, the La Mazelière route offers a moderately challenging loop, allowing you toexplore the variedlandscapes of the region. Take a refreshing break at the Sources de Jérusalem!

Difficult trail itinerary (red)

This route is designed for experienced runners looking for a more demanding challenge. The reward: exceptional panoramic views at the summit.

Very difficult trail route (black)

"L'Aupillon" is a demanding route, reserved for seasoned runners in search of a challenge.

A challenging, high-altitude and distinctly mountain-style course, featuring breathtaking panoramic views and some of the finest trails in Les Orres.
Discovery courses are also available for younger riders, allowing everyone to experience the thrill of the event.

  • Choose a route suited to your level.
  • Tell someone about your program and don't forget your cell phone. Emergency services: 112.
  • Check the weather forecast and equip yourself with the minimum (weather changes very quickly in the mountains)
  • Wear equipment and footwear suitable for mountain running.
  • Take plenty of water
