
For those who love running in the great outdoors, there are four signposted trail routes:
- Le chemin du garde
- La Mazelière
- Le Méale
- L'Aupillon.
These routes have been specially designed by and for mountain runners. Ranging in difficulty from beginner to expert, they are ideal for discovering Les Orres, its forests and peaks.
🏃♀️ In July and August, free trail outings in the mountains are offered every Monday at 6pm. These outings are accompanied by coaches fromEmbrunais Athlétic Club (EAC), Embrun's athletics club.

TRAIL OUTINGS TESTED
This easy trail itinerary is perfect for beginners looking for a gentle introduction to the sport. An accessible loop starting from the Épervière parking lot, winding through a larch forest and offering a wide variety of trails andobstacles of varying degrees of difficulty.

The trail is so named because it was laid out by Emile Hodoul, one of the resort's co-founders and a forest ranger.
This well-distanced loop takes you along the Eyssalette stream, through the Jerusalem springs and through the undergrowth.
This demanding trail loop takes you to the summit of Méale, at 2426m, above the Chef-Lieu des Orres.
This long, highly technical route, reserved for seasoned trailers, takes you from the mountain pastures to the ridge line. Start by discovering the Lac de Sainte-Marguerite (...
