FIT'Team05, alias l'Equipe en Forme du 05, is a sports association with a strong presence in the Serre-Ponçon valley. It offers a wide range of activities all year round. Activities are supervised by qualified , enthusiastic sports instructors. Meet Sophie, the founder, at the Pure Flow Festival!

Muriel, aka "Honey Reflexology", after several years in biology, switched to wellness in 2013. Through reflexology and lymphatic drainage, she helps your body eliminate what is poisoning it and preventing it from functioning optimally (stress, organic waste, hormonal imbalance...).
She has also trained with children, helping her son to better manage his emotions due to learning difficulties. Children are our future, and we need to teach them how to take care of themselves.

For many years, with a degree in Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities and as an alpine ski instructor, Jeanne has been fulfilling her potential in the world of sport. But she felt the need to become more aware of her body as a whole. In 2005, she obtained a diploma in myo-energetic shiatsu, trained by Hiroshi Iwaoka, who brought this therapeutic relaxation technique to Europe. Jeanne is a Gi Gong teacher and Tui Na shiatsu practitioner.
My desire to expand my knowledge is part of a holistic approach, so I feel the need to acquire a new method of massage therapy and the need to mobilize my energy and take care of myself, in order to care for others. Chinese energetics effectively treats all dimensions of the being at the same time.
A practitioner of traditional Thai massage and Thai acupressure, certified in Thailand, Julie is also a two-time French amateur muay thaï champion. She offers floor sessions combining pressure, stretching and mobilization to release tension, improve mobility and rebalance body and mind.
Drawing on her experience as a carer, Julie has in-depth knowledge of anatomy and chronic pathologies, enabling her to adopt a practice that is both precise, sensitive and perfectly adapted.

Nathalie is an RNCP-certified Sophrologist (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) and Sophro Cavaliers consultant, helping people to improve their well-being and get through the important moments in their lives. She draws her inspiration from a variety of Western techniques and Eastern practices, including ancient ones such as hypnosis, yoga and Zen philosophy.
