After submitting its application this winter, Les Orres is now officially classified as a Category I resort. This classification of Tourist Offices guarantees consistency and homogeneity in the services they offer to visitors to France's different vacation destinations.

Category I" is the highest classification a tourist office can achieve. It is reserved for establishments holding a quality label, capable of providing a trilingual welcome and with a wide range of activities, including sales, marketing strategy, event management and, of course, an impeccable welcome for holidaymakers. Every year, over 65,000 people pass through the resort's two information offices, seeking information and personalized advice for their stay, not to mention the many online and telephone inquiries.

We are very proud of this classification! It is the result of an ambitious policy on the part of the Les Orres Tourist Office to promote our destination, welcome visitors, provide tourist information, organize events, promote and market our services, and guarantee the satisfaction of our current and future holidaymakers. It's also a fine recognition of the dynamism, hard work and continuous improvement provided by the Tourist Office teams. This is also reflected in our investments, notably in our constantly evolving digital tools via our new mobile application this winter, the management of a new central booking tool to ensure effective marketing of the destination and support for our accommodation providers, the installation and extensive use of dynamic signs in the resort, the development of our social networks, and our website, which passed the million visitor mark this year. Alongside all this, our events policy has also expanded, with regular events and themed weeks such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, etc., all of which have met with great success. We've also seen the return of national and international sporting and festive events. This enables us to unite all the resort's players around key events and an attractive destination.

Emmanuelle Tahmazian, Tourist Office Manager

The team at Les Orres tourist office consists of 9 permanent staff plus 9 seasonal workers in winter and 5 in summer, who work every day to make holidaymakers' stay as easy as possible. And they do so successfully, since customer satisfaction is constantly on the rise, reaching a score of 9/10 last winter.

This ranking is fully in line with our strategy of enhancing the quality of the Les Orres resort offer
