Introductory “Totem Animal” hike

A precious, deep, and transformative experience.

During this day, we will move through several stages:
– A guided meditation to find the gateway to this encounter. This passage exists within each of us, in our depths.
– A circle for connection, exchange, and sharing.
– Gentle movement: a mindful walk in nature, accompanied by its presence. Walking in its footsteps, feeling its energy, its uniqueness… and your own.
– A pause in a chosen place: shared meal (everyone brings their own), a moment of presence, softness, and integration.
– Resuming the walk, still accompanied, with a meditative pause to welcome its energy and message.
– A final circle and sharing time.

Please remember to bring:
– suitable clothing and walking shoes,
– something to keep you warm during meditations,
– your meal, water, and sunglasses if needed.
