The Skyrace des Orres returns for its 2ᵉ edition. A technical and aerial trail race that will take you along the most beautiful trails and must-see peaks of Les Orres.
🏃♀️L race identity: back to the origins of trail running and respect for the environment. No poles, no outside assistance outside refreshment points, connected watches not recommended: run to the sensations, admire the flora and fauna around you and share this beautiful adventure for unforgettable memories.
🎶After the race, enjoy a drink and a concert to continue sharing this wonderful moment together!
Organized by the Embrunais Athletic Club (EAC), an association with almost 150 members, passionate about athletics, running and trail running, from the very young to the very old!
⚠️ This is a real Skyrace, with technical trails, a high gradient for a short distance, an intense course and time barriers: you'll need to be in good shape to conquer the peaks!
BUT ALSO :
5 races are proposed for this 2026 edition: the Skyrace, the benjamins course, the cadets & juniors trail course, the minime trail course and the children's trail course.
The courses will be slightly modified to ensure that they run as smoothly and intensely as last year.

The mountains are a place of adventure and escape that we cherish and explore on a daily basis. Let's learn to respect it, so that we can better understand and appreciate its beauty. It is with this conviction that we invite you to make this event a model for the environment, a value essential to the soul of the Skyrace des Orres.
Skyrace des Orres refreshment stands will be stocked with bulk, organic and seasonal produce, to limit waste and support more responsible eating. This approach is in line with our desire to preserve the mountain environment, while providing runners with healthy, high-energy foods suited to their efforts.
The awards presented on the podium will highlight regional know-how and the local economy. They will be chosen for their usefulness, to offer runners lasting and functional souvenirs.
Runners' prizes will be made up of local products, highlighting the region's craftsmanship and wealth. In order to limit our environmental impact, we will reduce the use of plastic as much as possible, favoring sustainable alternatives that respect nature.
