On the Trail returns this year to the Les Orres stage with a brand-new repertoire.
“ON THE TRAIL” refers to the journey itself — following in the footsteps of the swing and hard bop heritage of the 1940s–1960s. The group pays tribute to the great jazz musicians who continue to inspire the quartet, including Hank Mobley, Joe Henderson, Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers, Roy Haynes, and many others.
