After hosting the3rd round (in 2020) & the final round (in 2021) of the French MTB DH Cup, this year Les Orres will host the French MTB DH Championships, from September 08 to 11, 2022, broadcast live on France TV Sport and Eurosport.

In 2021, the French Championships saw the best drivers compete against each other! At the end of the championship, the 2021 Palmarès saw :

The elite "Black Patrol" track
It's on the Double Noire "Black Patrol" track that the best riders will race! Rated Expert, this track is 2.6km long and has a vertical drop of 565 metres. Solid skills are required to master it! On the program: modules, jumps and even more thrills over 2.6 km and 565 m of vertical drop.
- Are you a spectator? You can position yourself at various points along the track to admire the race from the front row!
- The best spots? Roc Garden (point no. 5 and 8), Canyon Gap Table (point no. 12), Road Gap (point no. 23 and 25), Hip (point no. 29), Final Gap (point no. 34)

ACCESS TO THE RACE AND TRAILS
The Pic Vert chairlift will be open to riders and visitors to access the start of the race and the French MTB Championships track.
During the MTB Championships, the Gawaline, Black Patrol and Vallon MTB trails will be reserved for the competition and will not be accessible to the public.
