Fitness and yoga classes are run by Jeanne Combe, a sports coach with a degree in STAPS and specialization in yoga and pilates. Her classes are open to all: she adapts the difficulty of her classes and the type of yoga to the level and desires of the participants. Individualized follow-up during each session to support your progress.
