On Monday, March 25, the resort of Les Orres welcomed 6 chefs from the JRE - Jeunes Restaurateurs association to the summit of the Pic Vert chairlift for an extraordinary gastronomic tasting! They performed their show cooking without electricity or water! The challenge was met with flying colors, as the dishes concocted by the chefs delighted the 300 guests present for the occasion.
Sébastien Felix, owner of La Table de Sébastien in Les Orres 1650, welcomed his JRE chef friends: Felipe Licandro (Le Licandro in Aix en Provence), Raymond Cornelissens (Le Vauban in Antibes), Benjamin Delpierre (l'Atlantic 4* in Wimereux), Brice Ducos (Ducos Restaurant in Juvignac), Tony Regnier (L'Îlot Vert in Boulogne sur Mer).
