The aim is to present the new tools and data available to public and private players in the Alps, to set ambitious guidelines for sharing and optimizing the use of geographic information (dissemination, training, etc.) and to target concrete actions
The aim is to set up new participative approaches to improve local knowledge, to enhance the value of scientific work carried out in mountain areas, to encourage the local population and tourists to become active contributors to measurement campaigns..
Speakers: representatives of GEOMAS (Alpine local authorities), Anne Delestrade, Director of the Centre de recherche des écosystèmes d'altitude (CREA) in Chamonix Mont-Blanc, Pierre Vollaire, Mayor of Les Orres and Philippe Rossello (GeographR).
