The benefits of central reservation

  • Peace of mind: we take care of marketing your property, from posting it online to collecting the price of your stay and sending out the rental contracts
  • No double booking problems: your schedule can be synchronized with any other schedules you may have (Airbnb, Booking...)
  • Your customers can take out cancellation insurance
  • Reservation of additional activities and preferential rates: thanks to all-inclusive offers, customers can reserve additional products or activities such as ski equipment rental, ski passes, the Passp'Orres summer multi-activity pass and the Passp'Orres winter multi-activity pass, and benefit from reduced rates
  • Guarantee of partial or full payment in the event of cancellation: the general terms and conditions of sale of the reservation center guarantee partial or full payment of the price of the stay in the event of cancellation by the customer 90 days or more before the scheduled arrival date.   • Reduced commission: the commission charged by the Central Reservation Office is 10%, i.e. 70% less than that charged by the main reservation platforms
  • We manage the tourist tax : the reservation center collects and remits the tourist tax due by your tenants

How do I publish my accommodation on the central reservation system?



To enable us to process your application, please gather the following information:

  • The completed and signed collaboration contract
  • The registration form
  • Your concierge's reception and maintenance contract, or proof of residence during rental periods in Les Orres (for residents or seasonal workers)
  • Receipt of your rental declaration from the Mairie(Download Cerfa)
  • Personal liability insurance policy for private renters
  • Classification certificate (if your furnished accommodation is classified)
  • Bank details
  • Price list for winter and summer season
  • A schedule of available periods

IMPORTANT: the " Qualité Hébergement les Orres" label is compulsory for all new registrations.

  • What's more, if your accommodation is on the Les Orres reservation center, you'll have a link for online booking.

How can I publish my accommodation on the website?

Step 1: Contact the Espace Propriétaires on 07 57 45 58 43 or laurence.legros@lesorres.com

Step 2: If you haven't already done so, we'll arrange a meeting to label your accommodation. Level 1 Larch of the Les Orres Accommodation Quality Label is the minimum required to be listed on the site.

Step 3: Pay your partnership fee to the Tourist Office.

How much does it cost?

- For 1 accommodation : €73 per year
- For 2 accommodations : €126 per year
- For 3 accommodations : €189 per year
- For 4 accommodations : €252 per year
