A mountain of events in March in Les Orres

In Les Orres, the winter season isn't over yet. Several events are scheduled on the resort, and there's something for every taste and style!

To hurtle down the slopes faster than your shadow

For the ^5th year running, Les Orres is hosting this crazy race! The Red Bull Tout Schuss involves over 300 participants, all sprinting to their skis or snowboards at the same time, elbowing their way down to the foot of the slopes! And this year, holidaymakers can look forward to a great musical line-up, with 4 DJs & Beatmakers from La Fine Equipe - LFE, and the much-loved The Pochatt's Crew collective performing après-ski!

PRACTICAL INFO

• free registration online or on site (from 09:00 to 15:30 on the 1650 snow front), open to those over 18 (with a day pass (or 3h) with insurance)

THE PROGRAM

• 09h-15h30: Free on-site registration (ski pass with day or 3-hour insurance not included)
• 09h-12h: Pick-up of race numbers (only for those pre-registered online).
• 4pm: Number collection (for on-site registrations).
• 5pm: General briefing and DJ set on the snow front.
• 5.30pm-6pm: Race start

MINI KIDSFESTIVALMARCH 10 TO 12

Sharing memories with the whole family

Children will be in the spotlight from March 10 to 12 during the Mini Kids Festival for 2/6 year-olds. The 3-day program includes storytelling, children's shows, workshops, parent/child walks, a mini boom, face painting, balloon sculpting, a magic show, theater and cinema!

In addition, accommodation providers, retailers and activity suppliers have joined forces to offer special deals for families during the week of March 07 to 14: discounts on accommodation, equipment hire and dedicated offers on activities.

But all winter long, the Les Orres resort also offers a wide range of activities and services for families, including a children's club and ski/childcare packages, ski lessons with the ESF and ESI, as well as adapted activities: merry-go-round, skating rink, tobogganing on rails, sledging areas, snake gliss, and even sled dogs!

Watch the freestylers in action

Quentin Ladame and his freestyling friends are back in Les Orres for the^3rd edition of Conquistad'Orres!

Each team, made up of freestylers and a cameraman, will have to shoot images in the resort and edit a video, before presenting their masterpieces at the end of the week. To do this, they'll have to make their way around the Les Orres ski area, using a series of compulsory spots specially designed for the occasion by Quentin Ladame himself ! Originality, commitment and style will be the criteria for judging their videos.

ECUREUILS D'OR March 15-20, 2020

For ski racing fans

The^2nd stage of the French U16 championships, better known as the Ecureuil d'Or Trophée Caisse d'Epargne - Kässbohrer, will take place in Les Orres and Risoul from March 15 to 20, 2020.

The program will be packed for future champions, with Super G, Slalom, Giant and Super G events on the programme.
