First stage of the 2017 edition

It's Red Bull Tout Schuss all over again, with Les Orres hosting the first stage of the 2017 edition on Saturday, March 4. The concept of this crazy event is simple: a massive and spectacular group start of participants racing down the same run with the aim of arriving in the resort first!

At the starting line, 250 skiers and snowboarders will sprint to collect their equipment, elbowing their way to the bottom of the slopes, where a festive and convivial afterski awaits them.

An original and offbeat race for snow lovers!

Snow and fun lovers, skiers, snowboarders - everyone is welcome to take part in this unique race.

From 9 a.m. on Saturday March 4 until 3.30 p.m., the 250 fastest skiers and snowboarders will be able to register on site at Les Orres 1650 (resort center).

  • Registration is free, and open to anyone over 18 with a valid ski pass, insurance and helmet.
  • This fun-filled challenge will ensure that the public can enjoy the show from the bottom of the slopes.
  • This first stage will feature a surprise guest. Rumor has it that Luc Alphand could be at the start of this crazy race...

Course of the event

The race starts at 5.15pm at the top of the GRAND CLOS chairlift, after the slopes have closed. Participants will set off in groups, for a 50-meter run to their equipment, where they'll have to be the fastest to put on their skis or snowboard to ski down the La Bergerie run: ALL SCHUSS! The first to cross the finish line wins the first edition of the race.

At the bottom of the slopes, the prize-giving ceremony will take place during the festive Afterski organized for all participants from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Grand Cabane, on the 1650 snowfront in the center of the resort.
