1. The www.lesorres.com website

+ More than 1.7 million visitors a year : the reference tool for vacationers.

As a partner, an entire page is dedicated to you. It presents and describes your business or establishment with your own text, photos and videos, as well as practical information. The higher the quality of these elements, the more attractive your business will be. A map locates you and you can add a link to your website and social networks (which benefits your web referencing).

2. Social networks

We use our social networks for general promotion of the resort. Given the number of partners, we can't publish specifically for each of you. However, our editorial line includes major themes that we promote thanks to your activities: accommodation, activities, entertainment...

3. The mobile application

Over 50% of holidaymakers download the free Les Orres app during their stay.

As a partner, you appear on the app, which is a real practical guide. It's designed to make customers' daily lives easier , and to give them ideas for activities.

4. Apidae, the national tourism database

We pay a membership fee to use the APIDAE Tourist Information System.

This enables us to enter all your information on this collaborative platform , so that your activity can appear on our website, our 24/24 interactive terminals, our application, our diary and our print editions, feeding the entire Les Orres digital ecosystem.

Your information can also be passed on to other digital projects at local, departmental, regional and even national level. Websites and applications of the Serre-Ponçon Tourist Office, town halls of the communities of communes, the Hautes-Alpes department or the Comité Régional de Tourisme Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, but also certain distributors such as journalists or magazines. These numerous distributors can use this data to feed their own communication tools with quality information.

Apidae is therefore a unique database that brings together the entire tourist offering of a given region. It gives our destination a regional dimension and enables us to better meet the expectations of our customers.

5. The blog

Throughout the season, whenever the context allows, we promote your business or your establishment in a blog article. This article is a story illustrated with photos and videos in which we relate an experience you've had (don't hesitate to have us test your offer! ), reveal a good plan, advise holidaymakers on a technical aspect...

6. 24/24 interactive terminals

Available 24/7, the kiosks enable visitors to find all the information they need on your activities and establishments.

They are installed outside reception desks, in the center of stations 1650 and 1800.

If you're organizing an event at your business, we'll include it in the weekly entertainment program. This program is distributed :

- Via a newsletter (which you can receive in your mailbox to keep your customers informed of the week's events)

- Downloadable from the website, on the "Events program" page

- Posted in the resort, in the main town and in the hamlets of Les Orres

- Distributed to the resort's shopkeepers and restaurateurs

Handed out by tourist advisors in Tourist Offices, or sent on request by e-mail or post, these lists are tailored to the needs of holidaymakers , and list your activities, shops, accommodation and restaurants.

This year, we'll be running several workshops on different topics (they will evolve according to your requests/needs).

WORKSHOP #1: GETTING STARTED ON INSTAGRAM
We propose a first "discovery" workshop before the start of the 2023-2024 winter season to introduce you to Instagram: How to optimize your bio? What to post? What to post?

WORKSHOP #2: OPTIMIZING YOUR GOOGLE LISTING

The "Google my Business" listing is the first thing a customer comes across when searching for an establishment. Optimize this page and take control of your information!

  • Sunday morning activities forum

Every Sunday at 11:30 am in July and August, the activities forum takes place on Place Jean Rippert in Les Orres 1800. The Tourist Office gives you 1 minute's speaking time to present your activity, and gives you the chance toset up your own stand (maximum 1 meter long). This is a must-attend event at the start of your stay, for holidaymakers looking for activities and good deals.

  • Personalized advice from our travel consultants

Our Tourist Office advisors can boost your offer by suggesting your activity to visitors. Don't hesitate to let us try out your activity so we can talk about it with passion!

  • Deposit your flyers and documentation in the Tourist Office offices

Open all year round, the 1650 Tourist Office welcomes your flyers and other material presenting your offer. Your documentation is available to visitors.

  • A professional newsletter on resort news

During the season, you'll receive a newsletter containing all the information you need: key figures, visitor trends and accommodation occupancy rates, highlights, work on the resort, list of open shops, etc.

  • Access to Les Orres' free image bank (Flickr) and communication kit
