The Détox & Bien-Être Festival returns to Les Orres from July 11 to 13, 2024. Yoga, sophrology, essential oils, fitness, naturopathy... This 6th edition will once again bring together wellness enthusiasts who want to live in the moment, breathe and recharge their batteries for 3 days in an exceptional setting in the heart of the Orrianes mountains.

The Les Orres resort, located at an altitude of 1650 meters, offers a natural environment conducive to rejuvenation. The majestic scenery and pure mountain air create the ideal atmosphere for relaxation and revitalization.

Over 3 days, the Détox et Bien-être Festival offers more than 30 diversified activities designed by specialists to meet the needs of all participants, whether wellness novices or experts.

NATUROPATHY
A variety of sessions:

  • Make your own Tiger Balm, discovering the use of essential oils and their properties to soothe muscular and joint pain..
  • Get beautiful skin naturally, discover how to use plants and learn which foods are beneficial for peachy skin.
  • Find out more about sugar, our health ally or enemy, raise awareness of its presence in our food and how to use it to concoct healthier, gourmet dishes.

SOPHROLOGY

  • How to prepare for a good night's sleep, tips and advice on how to put yourself in the right conditions and relax for a better night's sleep.
  • Discover the power of the present moment, using rituals and tips to learn how to take time and savor the value of each moment.
  • A session dedicated to relaxation to free yourself from the tensions brought back in your suitcases

5 SENSES WALK: A country walk to connect with the goodness of nature and reconnect personally.

HYPNOTIC WALK : An easy hike into the unconscious, to discover self-hypnosis

YOGA: Several yoga sessions on the program, from the discovery of new postures to muscular awakening, breath management, mediation or relaxation, this is an opportunity to enjoy a variety of sessions depending on the time of day.
