The Enduro World Series has taken up residence in the resort of Les Orres. Wednesday, July 03 was a special day of reconnaissance for the media.

After a quick briefing at the media center, the 20 journalists and members of the organization team loaded their bikes onto the Pic Vert chairlift to reconnoiter the first "Ecureuil" special stage. Two multiple mountain bike champions, Anne-Caroline Chausson and Tracy Moseley, were also on hand to offer expert advice to the journalists. They were able to reconnoitre 6 of the 8 special stages that the riders will tackle on Saturday and Sunday. Riders will have 2 days to get to grips with all the courses on Thursday July 04 and Friday July 05, before the official races on Saturday July 06 and Sunday July 07.

At the end of the day, to officially launch the event, Pierre VOLLAIRE, Mayor of Les Orres and Chairman and CEO of SEMLORE, and Chris BALL, Director of the Enduro World Series, invited partners, organizers and teams to a welcome cocktail.
