Les Orres set for the French Downhill Mountain Bike Cup

Visitors cheering on the riders will be able to take in the sights throughout the race. The resort center of Les Orres 1650 will come alive with all the teams at the finish area and theopening of shops and restaurants.

After hosting the Enduro World Cup in 2019, this French Cup is a foretaste of the DH Mountain Bike World Cup, for which the resort is a candidate in 2022 and 2023. The quality of the Les Orres bike park and the events held there are undoubtedly major assets for this bid. Its reputation continues to grow, and this trend is borne out by the figures: this summer, the resort recorded a +28% increase in the number of mountain bikers visiting the bike park.

And to round off the summer, mountain bikers can take to the bike park slopes one last time on September 19 and 20 for the "Bike Park Closing". Numerous events await them: a time trial track, a traders' village, a pump track contest, chairlifts open until 7pm on Saturdays, turbodancing... And for the occasion, the weekend pass will be free for girls!
