From July 15 to 19, the Commencal Enduro Team will be training at the Les Orres bike park. Led by its famous manager Cédric RAVANEL, the riders will have 5 days to prepare for the summer's challenges.

Cédric Ravanel alone won 17 French Cups between 1998 and 2014, and was French champion in the Espoir category in 2000, as well as winning a silver medal at the 2004 World Championships in the Elite category, in his preferred discipline: cross-country. Alongside his no less famous wife Cécile Ravanel, three-time Elite Enduro World Champion, he joined the COMMENCAL VALLNORD ENDURO TEAM in 2014. He became team manager in 2016, but that didn't stop him from continuing to perform as a rider, including a victory in 2019 at the Enduro World Series in the Master category, and a 2nd place... in Les Orres!

Alongside Cédric and Cécile Ravanel as physical and technical coaches, two mechanical trainers (Cédric Martin and Thibault Claudotte) will be on hand to put the four 2020 team riders in the best possible condition: Laura Charles (Elite F), Alex Rudeau (Elite H), Antoine Vidal (U21) and Alexis Icardo (Junior).

This course will enable us to perfect our technical condition and prepare for our next races, in particular the Enduro World Series round in Zermatt at the end of August. The Bike park in Les Orres is a complete and vast playground. It's ideal for our preparation. You can ride in the bike park and out on the trails, alternating between downhill and enduro. I rediscovered the resort last year during the Enduro World Series. We've built up a close relationship with the people who work here, and today we're delighted to be training here.

Cédric Ravanel, Team Manager
