
Furnished tourist accommodation is a furnished apartment or house rented for the exclusive use of the tenant on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, to a visiting clientele who do not make it their home. The following are therefore excluded: furnished accommodation rented on a year-round basis, and accommodation rented to students or seasonal workers. Except in special cases, the rental period must not exceed 3 months with the same tenant
Do not confuse the classification of a "residence de tourisme" with the classification of a "meublé de tourisme".
If your furnished accommodation is located in a classified "tourist residence", you will not be able to take advantage of the classification of the residence to benefit from the advantages linked to the "classification of furnished accommodation".
70 € incl. VAT for a studio or 2- or 3-room apartment
90 € incl. VAT for a property with more than 3 rooms and up to 120m²
110 € incl. VAT for a property over 120m²
50 € incl. VAT per additional property for the same owner (visit carried out on the same day)
Economical accommodation with basic comforts for a mainly French-speaking clientele, looking above all for a good price.
Mid-range accommodation offering good comfort and some services.
Upper-middle-range, very comfortable accommodation with good facilities and several services and amenities.
Top-of-the-range, superior-comfort accommodation with high-quality facilities and a range of services and amenities (commercial information available in several foreign languages, including English, at least bilingual reception, etc.).
Top-of-the-range accommodation offering exceptional comfort and top-quality furnishings, with a host of services and facilities (spa, swimming pool, fitness room, etc.). Personalized, multilingual service tailored to an international clientele.
