The Festival Ski, Détox et Bien-Être from January 10 to 12, 2023

The Festival Ski, Détox et Bien-Être returns to Les Orres for its 6th edition (and 2nd winter edition)! It's THE wellness and vitality event in the mountains to get 2023 off to a great start. Three days to recharge your batteries from January 10 to 12, 2023 in Les Orres.

The Détox et Bien-Être Festival was launched in summer 2019. It quickly found its audience, eager for an event focused on disconnection, well-being and the benefits of a mountain setting. Over the years, new workshops and speakers have been added. The focus has been on well-being and sporting vitality, whatever your level of fitness. We wanted it to be as exhaustive as possible, so that everyone could discover the full range of possible solutions for taking care of themselves. Today, it has become a not-to-be-missed event, attracting over 400 participants with each new edition. It attracts both local visitors and holidaymakers from all over France and Belgium.

Building on the success of the summer edition, a winter edition has been organized for the first time in 2022.

This festival is totally in line with the environmental positioning of Les Orres as a destination.

The Detox and Wellness Festival : Why?

The mountains are a natural setting where people are predisposed to get away from everyday life, dullness and tension. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries. Organized outside the school vacations, it is dedicated to adults, whether they come with friends, as a couple or on their own. It's an opportunity to enjoy the ski slopes and take a break from the hustle and bustle, with workshops for all levels and abilities.

Accompanied bylocal specialists in their field, this will be an opportunity for some to learn new wellness and sports practices and discover the natural environment of Les Orres.

A tailor-made program and à la carte workshops

3 days in the mountains and over 20 workshops to help you breathe and do good to your body and mind! Yoga, sophrology, pilates, nature and hypnotic hikes, emotion and intuition workshops... Every day, visitors are offered a wellness and detox program open to all profiles and levels.

On the program:

  • FitBall: Toning, mobility and stretching with a straw ball. A gentle, deep awakening!
  • Sophrology: rediscover the pleasure of the present moment and its benefits.
  • Rando Nature: Observe nature in winter to strengthen our empathy with living things through breathing and meditation exercises
  • Emotions workshops: Understand what an emotion is and how it can be used.

    Using concrete tools, the aim is to learn how to better apprehend, manage and accept them.
  • Pilates power: A mix of Pilates and muscle strengthening to tone the whole body (arms, back, legs, buttocks) while respecting Pilates principles.
  • Strecth & Mob: A blend of stretching and joint mobility that gently awakens, stretches and unlocks the whole body.
  • Yoga Hatha Flow: gentle postural yoga - deep stretching - breathing and relaxation
  • Fit and stable: what if the balance of the physical body were linked to that of the mental body? Breathing, anchoring and more!
  • Intuition workshop: Discover what intuition is, how it works and how to use it in everyday life.
  • Hypnotic walk: A journey to learn how to mobilize our personal resources in all situations.
  • Chair Pilates : A Pilates class held on a chair.
  • Body Zen: Inspired by a variety of gentle gyms (Yoga, Pilates, Body Balance, etc.), this class features gentle postures and fluid movements guided by music.
  • Yoga of sound: Singing and sonotherapy (detox through vibration)
  • Fit' postural : Alignment and body amplitude to open up the whole body.
  • Chakra energy practice: explore and understand the significance of the chakras, their role and how to harmonize and balance them.
  • Power of the elements hike : A hike in which the power and slowness of landscape formation will be explained with intentional meditation
  • Pilates anti-stress : A Pilates session to relax your body and calm your mind.
  • Relaxation: To the sound of the professional's voice, with background music, time for yourself to aim for deep muscular release for total psychic relaxation.
  • Meditation & yoga nidra : Introduction to mindfulness meditation, a breath technique and deep relaxation

Practical info

  • Activities are free of charge, except for certain workshops which can be booked directly with the service provider, or online only for wellness walks.

  • For all workshops (yoga, relaxation, fitness... etc), please bring a towel. Please bring a bottle of water. Program subject to change.

  • All activities take place at theEspace rencontre & Culture, except for the hikes, which meet in front of the 1650 tourist office.
