It's time to reopen! The ski lifts reopen on the weekend of June 15 and 16. Pedestrians and mountain bikers will once again be able to enjoy the trails and hikes of the Les Orres Bike Park on this weekend, which marks the start of the 2024 summer season. The pre-opening will continue on the weekend of June 22-23, then without interruption from June 29 to September 8.

PRE-OPENING WEEKEND: THE PROGRAM

The summer season is off to a flying start! During this pre-opening weekend, the Prélongis and Pic Vert chairlifts will be open from 9am to 5pm. Special discounts will be offered to visitors. Our partner Schwalbe will be on hand throughout the weekend to offer entertainment and competitions, accompanied by a renowned special guest: Kevin Meyer!

Saturday June 15 :

  • 10:30 am: SOCIAL RIDE with KEVIN MEYER 📍Schwalbe tent, Front de neige 1650

  • 2:30pm - 4:30pm: WHIP JAM SESSION on the Gawaline piste, organized by GLT Gang 📍Piste Gawaline

  • 4:30pm: Departure for the "DES DES DER" 📍Departure from the Pic Vert chairlift, Front de neige 1650. Join us for one last group descent, tchou-tchou!
  • 5:30pm: Free concert by Blackbird Folk 📍Front de neige 1650

and all weekend long:

  • Photobooth: A free-access photo booth to immortalize this day with friends

For the first 2 opening weekends (June 15-16 and 22-23), visitors can take advantage of special rates on mountain bike packages:

  • 1-day pass €24 instead of €27.50
  • 2-day pass 45€ instead of 51€

THE BIKE PARK DES ORRES UNVEILS ITS NEW JERSEY IN COLLABORATION WITH TATTOO ARTIST JUNE INK

This weekend, discover the exclusive new Bike Park jersey, the result of a collaboration with local talent June Ink. Renowned for her style, she has brought a touch of originality to this mountain bike jersey, available for sale at the Tourist Office store.

The new jersey stands out for its design, incorporating elements inspired by the surrounding nature. The patterns, carefully designed by June, reflect the adventurous spirit and rugged beauty of the Orres mountains. This jersey is much more than just a sports garment, it's a real work of art to be worn on the slopes.

This collaboration between the Bike Park des Orres and June Ink was conceived by the resort with the aim of supporting and promoting local talent.

The summer will be marked by a host of free events organized by the tourist office, for young and old alike, as well as a number of highlights including :

  • june 22/23 - Girly Ride : The 100% women's mountain bike weekend returns for its 3rd edition [More info]
  • july 7 - Fête du Grand Vallon - Amontagnage: A traditional festive event celebrating the transhumance of the herds. Starting at 11am, an open-air mass will be followed by the blessing of the herds, accompanied by open-air games and musical entertainment. [More info]
  • july 11 to 13 - Festival Détox & Bien-être : For its 6th edition, the Détox & Bien-Être Festival offers 3 days of well-being in the heart of nature: sophrology, hiking, discovery of plants and essential oils, yoga, and much more. [More info]
  • july 29 to August 3 - Festival Game of Trees : An eclectic festival combining music, art and nature. For its 3rd edition, the festival will focus on the theme of energy, with artists such as Worakls Orchestra, Pomme, Gérémy Crédeville and Nneka. [More info]
